This wine follows on from our barrell fermented chardonnays, but has a small amount of sediment (Tartaric acid) that was not cleaned up when cold stabilising this wine.
This has no effect on the wine at all besides the "look".
Barrell fermented 100% in a mix of new & used French oak, this wine displays the usual characteristics of our chardonnays with great structure, true varietal flavours & an extremely soft lingering finish-ALL AT HALF THE PRICE
