This is purely a Pinot Noir base. It has striking resemblence to classic Beaujolais and is frequently commented on by those in the know. The impressive tannin structure makes this wine sing. It is very reserved yet totally in balace with the savoury cherry, wild strawberry and fairy floss flavours with a clean finish allowing this wine to shine as the character evolves on the palate. Truly one out of the box.
