The classic Italian veriety Nebbiolo shows enormous potential in the cool inland New South Wales region of Hilltops around the Town of Young. It is warm enough here to get the tannins ripe and build a balanced mid-palate structure. The 2008 Nebbiolo shows loveley floral notes and a mix of dark berry fruit flavours and savory spice with balanced tannins.
