| WINEMAKING: | The Merlot and Cabernet Franc were harvested in the cool of the night and were crushed then fermented together before being aged in French Oak for 6 months. |

| AROMA: | This cool climate Merlot Cabernet Franc has attractive floral violet perfume with ripe raspberry and stewed plums aroma. There is added spiciness and subtle pepper and spice which meld with balanced oakiness. |
| PALATE: | The palate is medium bodied with subtle, elegant dusty tannins. Its balanaced structure is built with plum and berry flavours giving a good length in the mouth. |
