Double gold medal winning features lashings of choc-mint with red berry fruits on the nose. The wine has a rich mid-palate of boysenberry and raspberry layered with hints of cocoa and spearming balanced by supple velvety tannins. The palate is very long with an elegant balance of natural acidty, oak and fruit. Picked on 14 March 2005, matured in quality French and American hogsheads and bottled on 15 September 2006.
