Award winning shiraz, deep red with crimson hues. The nose features lifted freshly ground black pepper, dark chocolate, blueberries and plums with a hint of eucalyptus.
The palate is rich, round and very well balanced with supple, silky tannis and good length, showcasing blackcurrant, mint and ripe plum flavours with cinnamon and nutmeg. The grapes were picked on 23 February 2007, the wine matured in quality French and American oak hogsheads and bottled in November 2008.
