Mount Avoca, Sauvignon Blanc

Crystal bright and almost clear with flashes of green and gold, aromas of freshly cut melon, ripe passionfruit and lime are evident.  Continuing the theme, the palate displays pineapple and melon while natural acidity provides great length, minerality and persistence.  The inclusion of  barrel and wild yeast fermented components deliver a subtle softening texture and complexity, lengthening and rounding a crisp finish.
