Typical Hand picked Pyrenees Shiraz showing freshness, fruit and aromas of wild cherry, violets licorice and oak. Full bodied, rich and intense middle palate, yet velvety and approachable. Flavours of black cherry, plums, white pepper and spice are married with wood maturation to create a complete and balanced wine with lingering, lifted, savoury finish. has enormous potential to improve but is soft and delightful to drink now with great enjoyment as as accompaniment to meat dishes and pasta.
