Aged Australian cabernet and Bordeaux - love tobacco/cedar qualities. Any deeply savoury wine: Aged Burgundy and Oz/NZ pinot - enjoy farmyard/earthy qualities Australian/NZ riesling (& all dry Alsace/German varieties)
