Beer is handcrafted from the freshest, all natural ingredients available - malted grain, yeast, hops, specialty spices, and the excellent local water. No preservatives or additives are used and the beer is not pasteurised so that it retains the full flavour the brewer meant it to have.
Beer has been released under the Wicked Elf and Mad Abbot labels gaining the brewery a reputation for consistent high quality and uncompromising flavour.
