Personal Information

  • About Me
My passion for wine accompanies me since I was a child when during the holidays, my grandfather, a baker, used to let all his guests, regardless their age, drink a good glass of wine. Frascati, Cacchione, Romanella, Bellone, Cannellino were the wines served at the table.

At that time, the quality of these typical Lazio wines weren’t the finest but they inititated me to the long and always pleasent “gym of wine tasting.” So the first encounter with vitis vinifera is linked to my childhood but it was only during the last few years that it became a true passion

More About Me

  • I love...
Having a glass of wine on the beach at the sundown...or on a terrace in front of the Colosseo...Yep, I am for romance!
I would love to travel, drink wine, read some books..yeah, I know, many people would do the same. If you want we can share it and make a toast together!
  • Rants
People who don't understand how many things are in a bottle of wine...how many photographs, memories, flavors, colors, emotions you can see and get from a glass of wine
  • Favourite Wine
Amarone above all! Then I have: Sagrantino di Montefalco, Nero d'Avola, Primitivo. About whites: Gewurztraminer, Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino, Malvasia, Franciacorta.
