Caught Redhanded :: McLaren Vale Wine Sale
Appearance
Bright golden yellow
Nose or Smell
Originally quite closed up, burnt toast aroma, this wine opens up into something pretty special! - given a good swirl/shake up this wine releases intense deep tropical fruit aromas, that settles back down into a lighter sweeter honey aromas. Nice french oak
Flavour
Initially dry, opens up on the palate quite nicely with citrus flavour backed up by the oak. Quite crisp lingering......
Overall Impression
I liked it, it was amazing what came out of the aromas when given a good swirl up! Go well with chicken
