Very pale lime green.

The wine has a floral, citrus nose and a very clean, citrus palate with gentle acidity. On the back palate there is a hint of grapefruit flavour and the zesty bitterness which goes with that. This is a good seafood wine, particularly shellfish or anything you would squeeze lemon juice on.
