Caught Redhanded :: McLaren Vale Wine Sale
Appearance
Very pale in the glass with a delicate, light green tinge.
Overall Impression
An appley, gently citrus nose becomes honeydew melon and tropical fruit on the palate, with grassy/herbaceous undertones. This is not your typical sharp-acid Sauvignon Blanc, grassy, citrussy or passionfruity -- it is creamier, milder and more subtle. The only thing missing for me was a longer finish.
