Appearance Pale straw, crystal clear. Nose or Smell Summer, here we come! Pineapple, apple, peaches and all things tropical, laced with a good helping of lemon citrus - zesty. Flavour Good mouthfeel, and crisp acid round the palate up. Nicely balanced, good intensity, moderate length, and complex enough to satisfy. Overall Impression A blend of 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc.
