Nose or Smell
Very perfumed, rose petals/honeysuckle, honey, lemon and a touch of toast.
Flavour
Great complexity - crisp, clean acid. Beautiful honeyed characters fused with green apples and citrus, thanks to a wild yeast ferment plus a period on lees.
Overall Impression
Well balanced, great intensity and length, wonderfully complex. Ideally suited to grilled white meats. 92/100
Final Word
A riesling with a difference - the perfect accompaniment for summer.
