Vibrant pale straw colour
Tropical fruit - particularly passionfruit & melon with some herbal aromas.
No NZ Sauvignon here! A more restrained, textural, complex style thanks to some barrel fermentation with some good acidity and minerality. Herbal characters and some apple on the palate.
Food Match
Against the cliche - serve chilled with a creamy pasta dish, or try with a Chicken Caesar salad.

Final Word

Good balance, intensity, length and complexity. A very good example of the quality and difference in style that Australia makes from this part of Victoria.
